Clover RPG Beginner Guide

New to Clover RPG? Finish the Kamo Village tutorial first: it gives you your weapon, a broom and your first missions. Then level to 15 to unlock your magic at Wisdoms Peak. This beginner guide walks through every step.

Tutorial walkthrough

  1. Talk to Chief Farris in Kamo Village.
  2. Visit Vulcan (blacksmith) and choose your starter weapon.
  3. Help Eira: gather Wolfsbane and Bamboo.
  4. Help Johan: bring Cloth + 2 Wood to unlock your broom (quest Winds of Freedom, 200 EXP, 25 Marks).
  5. Help Old Roderick: mine 3 ores.
  6. Help Captain Dalen: hunt 3 wolves.
  7. Go to the Guild Hall and talk to Eleanor to take an F-rank mission (press U to call the Mission Bird).
  8. Return to Chief Farris to finish the tutorial.

10 tips for new players

  1. Do the blue-marker quests: they are repeatable every 5–10 minutes.
  2. Open your Journal with J to track quests.
  3. Spend stat points in Tab every level.
  4. Learn traits with M (Inner World).
  5. Don’t take Bounty Hunter: it halves PvE XP permanently.
  6. Get the broom early from Johan.
  7. Hit level 15 and go to Wisdoms Peak for your magic.
  8. Take the Pick-Me-Up trait at level 15: you lose 40% fewer items on death.
  9. Learn to parry (tap F just before a hit).
  10. Join a guild at the Guild Hall for allies.

How to make money

Marks are the currency.

  • Best repeatable Marks quests: Hodan 75, Legolas A True Hunt 50, Javier Waking Nightmare 50, Shroombert 50.
  • Sell weapons: Elkstrider and Wanderer’s Edge sell for 220.
  • +15% sell price from the Human race and from the Bargain Master trait.
  • Lucky Miner trait (30% chance of double ore).

Marks per hour for each method is Unconfirmed.

Each profession has 6 tiers.
